CATEGORIES AND UCI POINTS
Race is open for following categories:
Man Elite / Man Junior/ Man Master/ Man and Woman Hobby
UCI points will be available for all licensed riders in the men’s categories.

REGISTRATION
All registrations will be opened until Friday 19.08.2016. (11:59 pm).
Please fill in: name and sure name, date of birth, citizenship, e-mail, license number, team name and category.
All payments should to be completed through the process of registration.
The number of participants is limited to 100.

START FEE
Start fee for all riders registered until Friday 12.08.2016. (11:59 pm) will be 25 EUR or 50 BAM.
Late registration entire fee will be 35 EUR or 70 BAM.

Through process of registration it is necessary to send proof of payment

CANCELATION
To cancel participation in the race it would be required to submit proper medical report or other valid document until Friday 12.08.2016. (11:59 pm), otherwise request will not be consider.
Cancelation fee will be 5 EUR or 10 BAM.

09:00 – 12:00 On Foot Course Inspection (Without Shuttles Services)
12:00 – 18:00 Unofficial Training
(Without Shuttles Services, Medical Assistance, Mountain Rescue Team or Marshals on Track)
17:00 – 19:00 Registration/Start Number Pick Up (At Info Desk Finish Area)

Saturday 20th of August
08:30 – 09:30 Registration/Start Number Pick-Up (At Info Desk Finish Area)
10:00 – 18:00 Official Training
(Shuttle Service Provided, Medical Assistance, Mountain Rescue Team and Marshals on Track)

Sunday 21th of August
10:00 – 12:00 Official Training
(Shuttle Service Provided, Med. Assistance, Mountain Rescue Team and Marshals on Track)
13:00 – 15:00 Qualifications
16:00 – 17:00 Finals
17:30 – Award Ceremony

EQUIPMENT AND BICYCLES
A full-face helmet must be worn properly both when racing and when training on the course.
Other recommended protective gear (hands, knees, elbows, back, chest and neck).
Each racer will be responsible for his own bicycle.

NOTICE
Event organizer will not be responsible for eventual accidents or injuries.
All racers will be joining race under their own responsibility.
Racers under 18 will need to bring parent approval to attend the event. PDF statement
Event organizer will not be responsible for any damages on the bicycles or disappearance of the bicycles.

OTHER INFORMATIONS
Number of runs and shuttle schedule will be determined based on the number of registered riders.
Number of qualified riders will be determined based on the number of registered riders or the average time.
Event organizer reserves the right to change technical guidance of the race.

ACCOMMODATION
The Course is located 15 min. drive from the city center where you can find very affordable accommodation (hotels, motels, hostels). Accommodation also can be found in mountain huts on the Trebevic Mountain.
The organizer has provided space for camping near the Course within one of the mountain huts.
All interested for camping should get advance notice to the organizer via e-mail: trebadh.registration@savagescrew.com
The organizer does not provide tents and other equipment needed for camping.
